PMI-MASTERPRO是用于分析、快速牌號(hào)鑒別、金屬材料分選的便攜式直讀光譜儀。

儀器具有兩種非常穩(wěn)定的激發(fā)源：空氣模式下直流電?。―C-ARC）及氬氣模式下的高頻火花（high-frequency-SPARK ）可根據(jù)具體應(yīng)用任選激發(fā)模式，并可在數(shù)秒內(nèi)進(jìn)行切換。基于所選激發(fā)模式， PMI-MASTERPRO既可進(jìn)行可媲美于實(shí)驗(yàn)室光譜儀的金屬分析，也可進(jìn)行分析時(shí)間只有數(shù)秒的快速材料分選。精密緊湊的設(shè)計(jì)使得PMI-MASTERPRO具有多功能用途，滿足不同的應(yīng)用要求。

內(nèi)置工業(yè)PC機(jī)，Microsoft Windows XP^?操作系統(tǒng), 堅(jiān)固耐用的工業(yè)觸摸屏。配置打印機(jī)、網(wǎng)絡(luò)、USB等標(biāo)準(zhǔn)接口。 PMI-MASTER PRO同時(shí)配備內(nèi)置電池，可進(jìn)行無(wú)供電電源操作，具有極大靈活性。自動(dòng)切換。

自從2000年推出以來(lái)，PMI-MASTER 系列獲得了世界范圍的廣泛好評(píng)，新的設(shè)計(jì)理念、獨(dú)特的設(shè)計(jì)使得PMI-MASTER系列只通過(guò)一個(gè)插頭即可換接不同的激發(fā)槍，可輕松應(yīng)對(duì)不同的分析任務(wù)。

所有PMI-MASTER 激發(fā)槍均配置獨(dú)特氣流噴射技術(shù)（ WAS Jet-Stream-Technology），一種特殊的氬氣flush 噴射技術(shù)。該技術(shù)可使火花室及樣品之間無(wú)須密封，輕松檢測(cè)各種幾何形狀的樣品，無(wú)須使用特殊卡具，管、條、線材均可直接分析。分析曲面樣品如卷曲的鋼盤鋼卷也沒(méi)有任何問(wèn)題。

同時(shí)，所有PMI-MASTER 樣品激發(fā)槍配有HPC光纖（ HPC-fibre）。HPC是WAS公司研發(fā)并獨(dú)自擁有的高性能光纖技術(shù)，HPC光纖沒(méi)有飽和效應(yīng)（solarisation effects ），具有優(yōu)異的傳輸性及穩(wěn)定性?？梢苑奖恪?、穩(wěn)定地測(cè)定C元素及痕量元素。感謝高性能的HPC光纖，?L-Grades“牌號(hào)樣品的測(cè)定區(qū)分(1.304 ~ 1.304L)不再困難，可以方便簡(jiǎn)單地實(shí)現(xiàn)。
