CFH-70/240穿刺式防弧線夾 

一、產(chǎn)品介紹

CFH 型防弧線夾是一種新型結(jié)構(gòu)的產(chǎn)品，其主要安裝在線路絕緣子的負(fù)荷側(cè)，具有防止10-20KV 架空導(dǎo)線雷擊斷線功能。安裝施工方便，性能可靠，為電力部門提供了一條投資少收效大的有效措 施。根據(jù)用戶需要采用剝皮型的非穿刺式防弧線夾型號(hào)為：CFH-50/240B； 穿刺式防弧線夾型號(hào)為： CFH-50/240。

二、CFH-70/240穿刺式防弧線夾結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)

?主要由絕緣護(hù)罩、壓緊螺母、穿刺壓塊、線夾座、引弧棒和絕緣套管等組成。

?引弧棒和線夾座裝配連接咸體，當(dāng)雷擊發(fā)生時(shí)，引弧棒和絕緣子（或橫擔(dān)）金屬件之間放電，使續(xù)流工頻電弧 移動(dòng)到引弧棒上燒灼，從而保護(hù)絕緣導(dǎo)線不受損傷。

?CFH-50/240型穿刺式防弧線夾具有穿刺式的刺齒構(gòu)造，安裝施工方便，不需剝除絕緣導(dǎo)線絕緣層，避免線芯進(jìn) 水和腐蝕，臧輕操作人員的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度。

五、穿刺式防弧線夾CFH-70/240安裝方法

1本產(chǎn)品安裝在線路絕緣子（例如P-15柱式絕緣子）的負(fù)荷側(cè)，剝皮型的按示圖2要?jiǎng)冮_絕緣層6580mm左右， 把防弧線夾緊固在導(dǎo)線上，穿刺式的夾線方式有2種 (1)力矩螺母的緊固方法將絕緣導(dǎo)線盡量平行卡進(jìn)線夾槽 內(nèi)，先用手?jǐn)Q緊力矩螺母，再用套筒扳手交替均勻擰緊至力矩螺母頂端脫落為止。(2)根據(jù)導(dǎo)線截面積及天氣溫度 設(shè)定扭力扳手扭力值2635Nm，用扭力扳手交替、對(duì)稱擰緊2個(gè)壓力螺母，用肉眼檢查導(dǎo)線絕緣層貼緊線夾弧 槽，看不見(jiàn)剌齒根都即可。然后擰緊備緊螺母，防止壓力螺母松動(dòng)。

2安裝時(shí)按示圖及放電間隙安裝尺寸表調(diào)整本產(chǎn)品和線路絕緣子之間的距離。

3絕緣護(hù)罩安裝在線夾座的外部，用固定扣固定絕緣護(hù)罩。（具體請(qǐng)參照產(chǎn)品安裝說(shuō)明書
