叉車蓄電池初充電

1.1 未經(jīng)使用的叉車蓄電池在使用前應進行初充電。初充電前應將電池表面擦拭干凈，檢查有無損壞；按串聯(lián)方式組成電池組時應緊密無間隙，保證極性正確。螺栓連接時應壓緊螺栓保證連接可靠。

1.2 擰下液孔塞，清除塞內(nèi)透氣孔上密封物保證透氣孔暢通；或拔下密封蓋換上掀蓋式液孔塞并打開掀蓋。

1.3 在充電設(shè)備能正常工作的條件下將密度為1.260±0.005（25℃）溫度小于30℃的 硫酸電解液灌入電池，液面高出保護板15～25（mm）或符合右圖要求。此時為了將低電解液因化學反應而上升的溫度讓電解液充分滲入極板，隔板孔隙內(nèi)；電 池需靜置3～4小時，不超過8小時。待液溫降至35℃以下方可進行初充電。（必要時可在冷水槽中降溫）靜置后液面下降應補充電解液。

1.4 硫酸電解液是用符合國家標準gb4554-84的需電池硫酸與蒸餾水配制而成，切勿用工業(yè)硫酸、自來水代用。

1.5 擦干濺落在電池表面的電解液，將電池組的正、負極分別與直流電源的正、負端相接，接通電源；電源電壓應高于電池組串聯(lián)電壓的50%，依據(jù)電池額定容量十分 之一電流進行,第①階段電流充電，沖至電壓達到2.4（v）時改用第①階段電流減半進行第②階段電流繼續(xù)充電。充電過程中電解液溫度不得超過45℃，接近 45℃時應減半充電電流或暫停充電；待液溫降至35℃以上再繼續(xù)充電。但需適應延長充電時間。

1.6 充足電的一句：在第②階段充電至電壓達2.6（v），電壓變化不大于0.005（v）；電解液密度達到1.280±0.005（25℃），2小時內(nèi)無明顯變化并有細密氣泡激烈發(fā)生時就認為電池已充足電。其充電電量為額定容量的4～5倍，充電時間約70小時。

1.7 為了準確控制電解液中硫酸含量，在充電末期應檢查各電池的電解液密度；如有不符則用蒸餾水或密度為1.40的硫酸進行調(diào)整，并應在充電狀態(tài)下的2小時內(nèi)將電解液密度與液面調(diào)整至規(guī)定值。

1.8 初充電結(jié)束后將電池表面擦干凈，裝上液孔塞或閉上掀蓋式液孔塞的掀蓋，方可投入使用。

1.9 產(chǎn)品若是干式荷電蓄電池時，不需要進行初充電，使用前加電解液密度為1.270±0.005，加液后2小時，（***長不超過48小時）應經(jīng)常充電中第二 階段充電電流的二分之一充電18小時后再用該電流量乘1.5繼續(xù)充電待單位電池電壓達到2.6v時充電結(jié)束，靜止1小時即可投入使用。
