YI-10/6000氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸(礦用氣動(dòng)鏈條鋸)，是我公司經(jīng)過(guò)多年的探索，開(kāi)發(fā)出的新型切割與開(kāi)槽工具。
氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸由金剛石鏈條鋸頭、液壓膠管總成、自加壓冷卻水箱三大部分組成，液壓膠管總成將氣源和金剛石鏈條鋸連接起來(lái)，氣源提供的氣壓驅(qū)動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，進(jìn)行切割。工作時(shí)，冷卻水通過(guò)鏈板中間的孔流向切割部位，起到冷卻和降塵的作用。
氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸可用于巖石、礦山開(kāi)采，用于密閉墻的砌筑，也可用于救援時(shí)的混凝土與巖石破拆。
氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸所需要的氣源可以是通風(fēng)管道或空氣壓縮機(jī)（鏈條鋸接受的壓力為5-7公斤）。

Q:目前已經(jīng)有液壓金剛石鏈條鋸，為何還推出氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸？
A: 液壓金剛石鏈條鋸存在笨重，長(zhǎng)距離操作、若不能解決密封的問(wèn)題，還有時(shí)漏油，但氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸就不存在這些問(wèn)題，它10公斤的重量，單人就可操作，距離氣源可200米。
Q:氣動(dòng)金剛石鏈條鋸的動(dòng)力是什么？井下如何解決？
A:：壓縮空氣。1、通風(fēng)管道提供壓縮空氣2、若就近沒(méi)有通風(fēng)管道，配備空氣壓縮機(jī)也可以。
