1 概述 /SCOPE

   本規(guī)格書(shū)適合于 BYV型號(hào)的開(kāi)關(guān)電源。

    The purpose of the document is to the specify the funional requirements of  JKV   switching power supply.

2．輸入特性/ INPUT CHARAERISTICS:

2.1  輸入電壓/ Input Voltage

    額定輸入電壓/ Rated Input Voltage: 100-240Vac

     可變輸入電壓/Variable input voltage : 90V—264Vac

2.2 輸入電流/Input Current:

    當(dāng)輸入額定電壓  帶額定負(fù)載時(shí)，的輸入交流電流 0.5A

     0.5A max when input rated voltage and output rated load.

2.3 輸入頻率/ Input Frequency

額定頻率/Rate Frequency:50/60Hz

調(diào)整頻率/ Variation Frequency: 47-63Hz

2.4 浪涌電流/In-rush Current:

當(dāng)輸出為額定負(fù)載，環(huán)境溫度為25℃,輸入240Vac冷啟動(dòng)時(shí)的浪涌電流為60A。

2.5  AC漏電流/ AC leakage Current:

  當(dāng)輸入電壓240Vac 時(shí)， 的漏電流為0.25mA

3.5 紋波和噪音/ Ripple And Noise

測(cè)試條件：在額定電壓及額定電流條件下，使用帶寬為20MHz的示波器連接到開(kāi)關(guān)

電源的輸出端，同時(shí)輸出端并聯(lián)一個(gè)47UF的電解電容和一個(gè)0.1UF的瓷片電容。

Under Rated voltage and nominal load ,The ripple and noise are as follows when measure with Max Bandwidth of20MHz and parallel 47UF/0.1, crossed conneed at testing point.

 3.6 啟動(dòng)延遲時(shí)間/ Turn On Delay Time:

     當(dāng)輸入100Vac 和輸出負(fù)載時(shí) ，啟動(dòng)時(shí)間為2S

 3.7 上升時(shí)間/ Rise Time:

在電源開(kāi)啟或關(guān)閉的時(shí)候，15%

4. 保護(hù)功能/ PROTEION FUNION:

4.1 短路電路保護(hù)/Short circuit proteion:

    電源供給器在短路解除后能正?；謴?fù)工作。

     The Power Supply will be auto recovered when short circuit faults remove.

 4.2 過(guò)流保護(hù)/ Over current Proteion:

     過(guò)流故障排除后，電源將自動(dòng)回復(fù)正常工作。

      The power supply will be auto recovered when over current faults remove.

 4.3 過(guò)壓保護(hù)/ Over Voltage Proteion:

     當(dāng)輸出電壓過(guò)額定電壓的120%-150%時(shí)，電源將保護(hù)，故障排除后能恢復(fù)正常工作。

      The power supply will auto recovered when the voltage over 120%-150% rate voltage.

5.  環(huán)境要求/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

5.1  工作溫度/Operating Temperature

     0℃ -- +40℃,滿(mǎn)載，正常工作。

      0℃ to +40℃ ,Full Load, Normal Operation.

5.2  儲(chǔ)存溫度/Storage temperature

     帶外殼 :-10℃ -- +55℃

      With enclosure:-10℃ to+55℃

5.3  工作濕度/Relative Humidity:

5%(0℃)~90%(40℃) ,72小時(shí)，滿(mǎn)載，正常工作。

5.4  振動(dòng)/ Vibration:

5.4.1測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)：國(guó)際電工電子委員會(huì)

    Operating: IEC 721-3-3 3M3

    5~9Hz,A=1.5mm

    加速度 （9～200Hz,Acceleration 5m/s）

5.4.2．運(yùn)輸 （Transportation）:

    IEC 721-3-2 2M2

    5~9Hz, A=3.5mm

      9~200Hz ,加速度 Acceleration=5 m/s²

200~500Hz ,加速度 acceleration=15 m/s²

5.4.3. 軸向振動(dòng)/ Axes,10 cycles per axis :

在測(cè)試過(guò)程中不能出現(xiàn)性損壞.

No permanent damage occur during testing.

在電源開(kāi)啟和關(guān)閉后，樣機(jī)能夠恢復(fù)到初條件。 

The produ has to restore to its original situation after power off/on

6 .  機(jī)械特性/ MECHANICAL CHARAERISTICS

6.1  跌落實(shí)驗(yàn)/ Dropping Testing ，

產(chǎn)品從一米高處跌落到木板上傷。

   The produ to be dropped from 1 meter height to a concrete floor no breakage。

6.2  搖擺實(shí)驗(yàn)/Cable Flexing Testing

 DC引線(xiàn)重200克， 搖擺角60度，少能承受2000次，彎曲速度每分40次，不會(huì)出現(xiàn)損傷。

 The DC cord shall with weight of 200g,it swings at angle 60 deg ,2000cycle

Time min Bending speed: 40cycle per minute shall to be no breakage to the code

7.  標(biāo)準(zhǔn)SAFETY  STANDARD ,

7.1  :合標(biāo)準(zhǔn) EN60950，GB8898。

     Safety Accord with EN60950，GB8898。

7.2  高壓/ DIELERIC STRENGTH Hi-Pot 

初級(jí)對(duì)次級(jí)/ Primary to secondary, 3000Vac/5mA/5s.

     初級(jí)對(duì)蓋子/Primary to Case ,500Vac/5mA/60s.

7.3  緣阻/ Insulation  resistance:

     初級(jí)對(duì)次級(jí)/ Primary to secondary :100MΩ Min at 500V DC

7.4  要求通過(guò)雷擊1KV/Surge immunity with 1KV.
