3)若沒有讀數(shù)顯示,則可能因為傳感器的靈敏度過低,傳感器沒有感應到。調(diào)節(jié)圖1所示的D,E旋鈕,順時針旋轉(zhuǎn)靈敏度,逆時針旋轉(zhuǎn)靈敏度減小。D為前部傳感器調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕,E為后部傳感器調(diào)節(jié)旋鈕。靈敏度應合適,過大過小都會影響測試。
4)靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)完畢后,進行測試。使待測玩具水平穿過測試筒,讀出時間。前后傳感器間距離100mm ,計算出待測玩具的速度,進而度算其動能。
5)判斷待測玩具的系數(shù)是否合標準要求。

1)將外部傳感器連接到圖2所示的 G接口。用手指或其它物體在傳感器前方晃動,傳感器上方的 紅燈亮則為正常。若不亮則可能連接處接觸不亮。拔出 ,再次。傳感器工作正常則將接頭鎖緊。
2)將傳感器安裝到支架上,調(diào)節(jié)兩個傳感器間的距離,并使支架處在方便進行測試的位置上。
3)進行預測試。使待測玩具水平經(jīng)過傳感器的前端,顯示屏進行開始計時、停止計時的過程。調(diào)節(jié)傳感器靈敏度,front旋轉(zhuǎn)對應后部左端接口,back旋鈕對應右端接口。
4)靈敏度調(diào)節(jié)完畢后,進行測試。是待測試玩具水平經(jīng)過傳感器前端,讀取顯示屏讀數(shù),計算玩具的速度和動能。
5)判斷玩具的性是否標準要求。
