氣缸活塞桿上的推力：F1=Π/4×D²×P×β(N)

 氣缸活塞桿上的拉力：F2=Π/4×(D²-d²)P×β(N)

D:氣缸筒內(nèi)徑（活塞的直徑）d:活塞桿直徑

P:起源壓力  β：負(fù)載力（慢速時(shí)β=65%,快速時(shí)β=80%）

氣缸安裝使用注意事項(xiàng)：

安裝前應(yīng)先空載條件下試運(yùn)行，正常后方能安裝。

按使用條件選用安裝形式，安裝時(shí)須注意：

a、耳環(huán)安裝、中間軸銷安裝，其作用力應(yīng)處同一平面內(nèi)。

b、法蘭安裝，其作用力與支承中心處在同一軸線上，法蘭與支承座的鏈接應(yīng)使用法蘭面承受作用力，而不使其固定螺釘承受拉力。

c、氣缸活塞桿不允許承受偏載荷或橫向荷載，長(zhǎng)行程氣缸，應(yīng)加支承或?qū)蜓b置，接入管前要清除管內(nèi)贓物，雜物進(jìn)入氣缸。

經(jīng)常檢查緊固件，及時(shí)松動(dòng)脫落。要時(shí)可以調(diào)節(jié)節(jié)流閥，一調(diào)整緩沖效果，避免活塞與氣缸蓋碰撞，損壞機(jī)件。

pre-running the cylinder under idle load condition before installation,install it after everything is OK.

sele the installation method according to usage condition,pay attention to the following points:

a.The force will be applied pn pne surface when mounting the tongue and middle axle pin.

B.The applied force will be on one axis with the supporting center when mounting flange make the flage bear

the effe instead of its fixing bolt when the flange is conneed with the supporting base.

c.The cylinder piston rob is t allowed to bear inclined load or lateral load,cylinder with overlength travel

will add support or guiding device,empty the pipe before conneion to avoid dirt enter into the pipe.

Check the fastener regularly to avoid loosening happens.

lf it isnecessary,adjust the throttle valve to regular the buffer erre and aviod the piston to strike with the cylinder

tap to damage the parts.
