   LDG系列電磁流量計是一種電磁感應式流量儀表，是集信號檢測及微電子智能化技術與一體的高新機電產(chǎn)品?？筛鶕?jù)安裝方式分為管道式和式兩大類，也可以 根據(jù)顯示方式分為現(xiàn)場顯示器（一體型）和分體形及遠傳顯示器4-20mA輸出型(現(xiàn)場不顯示)三種結構，它能測量導電液體介質，包括酸、堿、鹽等強腐蝕性 液體和紙漿、泥漿、廢污水及固體兩相懸浮的體積流量。產(chǎn)品廣泛應用于石油、化工、治金、紡織、食品、制藥、造紙等行業(yè)及、市政管理、水利建設、河流灌 溉等領域。

   LDG series electric-magnet flow meter is a kind of electric-magnet meter.has companied the signal check and micro-electric intelligentize.Can be departs two kind by the pipe style and cut in style.And according the display way to separate the scene monitor shower and two body long distance monitor,4-20mA export three styles, It can detect the flow quantity of electrice conduction liquid.including acid,alkai,salt and other strong caustic liquid and pepper pulp.mud mplp.and sewage two-phase liquid volume flux.Products widely use in petrol,chemical,metallurgy,spin,food,medicine,paper making and other engineer.And protect the environment,town plan-ning manage,
irrigation building.river irrigate and other domain.

工作原理
    電磁流量計所依據(jù)的基本理論是法拉第電磁感應定律。當導體切割磁力線運動時，導體內(nèi)將產(chǎn)生感應電動勢。根據(jù)原理，可測量管內(nèi)流動的導電流體的體積，如圖一 所示，導電流體流動的方向與電磁場的方向垂直，在導管垂直方向施加一個交變的磁場并在有緣襯里的導管內(nèi)壁兩側安裝一對電，兩電的連線既與導管軸線垂 直，又與磁場方向垂直、當導電液體流經(jīng)導管時，因切割磁力線，兩個電就產(chǎn)生感應電動勢UE傳感器導管內(nèi)徑D是固定的，通過勵磁線圈的勵磁電流是恒定值 時，磁感應強度B也是恒定值，因此，平均流速V或流量QV（QV=D/4·V）與感應電動勢UE的大小成比例關系。

Work principal

     The basic theory is Faraday electromageneti.when the conductor cut the magnet,when the conduet get the moving electromotve force.According this principal,can be test the volume of the liquid,such a picture 1,the direction of current is vertical whit the magnet direction.the sensor pole vertical with the magnet way and current way,when the conduct liquid flow the pipe,because cut the magnet line,the two head of the pole will produce the electromotive force UE.The bore is stable,the excitation current is stable,the feeling intensity B of the magentic is also stable,So the average speed V or quantity QV is ratio with induce electromotine force UE.
