1、   背封，又稱枕式包裝機(jī)；

2、   可自動完成制袋、計量、下料、封合、分切、計數(shù)、打印批號等功能；

3、   的微電腦控制器，步進(jìn)驅(qū)動式電機(jī)控制袋長，性能穩(wěn)定、調(diào)整方便、檢測準(zhǔn)確；

4、   選用智能式溫控儀，PID調(diào)節(jié)，將溫度的誤差范圍控制在步進(jìn)驅(qū)動式電機(jī)1℃以內(nèi)。

適用范圍：

膨化食品、蝦條、花生、爆米花、麥片、瓜子、白糖、調(diào)味品等顆粒狀、短條狀、片狀固型物。

Main function and characteristic:

1. Back-side sealing. It is called pillow packing machine also.
   1. Automatically finish the procedures of bag making, measuring, filling, sealing, cutting, counting and printing series number.
   2. Advanced computer control and stepping driving motor are adopted to control the bag length with stable performance, convenient adjustment and accurate detection.
   3. Intelligent temperature controller and PID adjustment make sure the error rage of temperature within 1℃.

Application scope:

Be used to pack puffed food, shrimp strip, peanut, popcorn, oatmeal, melon seeds, sugar and flavoring in the shape of granule, short strip and flakiness.
