一、產(chǎn)品概述

該產(chǎn)品采用國(guó)外技術(shù)，選用主件，具有過載記憶保護(hù)、短路記憶保護(hù)、逆向保護(hù)功能。電壓適應(yīng)范圍寬、功耗低，重量輕，安裝方便，連續(xù)使用壽命長(zhǎng)等特點(diǎn)，適用于自動(dòng)化發(fā)電機(jī)組連續(xù)長(zhǎng)期補(bǔ)充電，以及一般電瓶長(zhǎng)時(shí)間補(bǔ)充電，該充電器適應(yīng)性廣，性能，具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單，安裝方便，，等顯著優(yōu)點(diǎn)。因而在自動(dòng)化配電行業(yè)有著廣泛的應(yīng)用。

四、安裝、接線方式

該充電器一般安裝在控制屏內(nèi)。有底面安裝和平面安裝兩種可供選擇，接線見圖。

五、調(diào)試方法

檢查安裝接線正確，接通電源，調(diào)整電壓電位器VR1，當(dāng)電瓶低于24V時(shí)，使充電電流控制在2A左右，當(dāng)電瓶電壓在28V時(shí)，充電器充電電流會(huì)降到20mA左右，實(shí)現(xiàn)浮充電，延長(zhǎng)電瓶使用壽命。
