The encoder is a kind of high-tech product, concentrated on precise optic and precise machinery and tiny electric. It collects the rotate angle, position, speed and accelerated speed of the machine through the principle of transform between optic and electric. Then traniting the data to the center controller in order to realize automatic control. So it is widely used in the automatic area such as machinery, machine-tool industry, elevator, papermaking, printing, packing, crane and so on.
增量式編碼器
Incremental encoder
1、 增量式編碼器軸旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí),有相應(yīng)的脈沖輸出,其旋轉(zhuǎn)方向的判斷和脈沖數(shù)量的增減需借助外部的判向電路和計(jì)數(shù)器來實(shí)現(xiàn).
2、 其計(jì)數(shù)起點(diǎn)可任意設(shè)定,并可實(shí)現(xiàn)多圈的無限累加和測量.還可以把每轉(zhuǎn)發(fā)出一個(gè)脈沖的Z信號(hào),作為參考機(jī)械位.
3、 編碼器的軸轉(zhuǎn)一圈會(huì)輸出固定的脈沖.對于光學(xué)旋轉(zhuǎn)編碼器,輸出脈沖數(shù)與編碼器光柵的刻線數(shù)相同.需要分辨率時(shí),可利用90 度相位差的A、B兩路信號(hào),對原信號(hào)進(jìn)行倍頻.
1、 It will output corresponding resolution when the shaft of incremental encoder revolves. The revolve direction’s judgement and the add or subtract of pulse number needs the help of “Judge Direction Circuit” and counter to realize.
2、 The start point of the counter can be set freely. It can also realize multi-circles unlimited accumulation and measurement. We can regard Z signal as counter’s reference point.
3、 When the encoder goes a round, it will output a fixed pules, number which is same as the resolution. When it needs to raise the re-solution, we can interpolate to original signal, using A and B signals of the 90° phrase shift.
