1．測(cè)試標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化：合GB/T16584《橡膠－用無(wú)轉(zhuǎn)子硫化儀測(cè)定特性硫化》、ISO6502:
1991及AS5289－95 。
2．試品資料：設(shè)定的膠料編號(hào)名，如“外胎5號(hào)”，“RBS6“等等。用戶如需另加標(biāo)題
名稱說(shuō)明打印的圖紙時(shí)，可設(shè)定任何形式的標(biāo)題文字說(shuō)明。
3．功能的說(shuō)明：人性化設(shè)計(jì)的優(yōu)良功能是在測(cè)試過(guò)程中可以修改測(cè)量時(shí)間，
膠料估計(jì)20分鐘硫化完成，設(shè)20分鐘測(cè)量時(shí)間，實(shí)做11分鐘時(shí)發(fā)現(xiàn)9分，10分處就已經(jīng)硫化完成，這時(shí)已沒要再往下做，“修改測(cè)量時(shí)間”下的20分為9分或10分，按“送出”，實(shí)驗(yàn)立即停止在9或10分上，畫出完整硫化曲線，計(jì)算出數(shù)據(jù)。如果實(shí)驗(yàn)做到18分，19分鐘要結(jié)束時(shí)硫化曲線仍在往上升，硫化還未完成，實(shí)驗(yàn)須再往下做，否則得出的數(shù)據(jù)是錯(cuò)誤的。這時(shí)可修改測(cè)量時(shí)間為25分或更多，讓實(shí)驗(yàn)繼續(xù)，直到硫化完成為止。這一功能無(wú)疑大大方便了用戶，節(jié)約了寶貴時(shí)間和膠料。
4．圖形曲線尺度自動(dòng)化Auto Scale，測(cè)量完成后，軟件將根據(jù)測(cè)量數(shù)值大小按0—5
