灌封機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)向閥組（AP閥）

a.腔承受的工作壓力(CIP壓力）0.4MPa.

b.閥腔通徑流量大于1500L/Hr.

c.與產(chǎn)品接觸的部件材料采用食品級(jí)材料，耐溫150℃以上，耐酸堿，不分解，整個(gè)閥組金屬材料采用食品級(jí)不銹鋼材料。

d.各閥在工作時(shí)要要求無泄漏，活動(dòng)自如，各閥在關(guān)閉工作位時(shí)，各閥所控制的工作介質(zhì)不能夠相互滲漏，并閥腔以及整個(gè)產(chǎn)品通道與外界隔離無滲漏，閥腔及產(chǎn)品通道能夠狀態(tài)。

e.閥腔和整個(gè)產(chǎn)品通道表面光滑（表面光潔度0.8um）接口平滑過渡，，清洗后沒有產(chǎn)品、工作介質(zhì)余垢。
