檢定裝置可以為多種流量計在空氣的條件下進行檢測、標定和測試。本文包含了此檢定裝置的物料單。更多的細節(jié)信息，請參考技術(shù)描述
我們建議在檢測前清洗被測表，或者安裝額外的過濾器來保護主表。
模塊化的檢定裝置，無需再次組裝、檢測和接線，可以直接安裝或者連接到現(xiàn)場的自制管線系統(tǒng)。整個裝置由以下部分組成
01 主表部分
· 一個總管//整流器與被測表連接，同時有三個主表在運行。上游的總管有一個6”DIN/ANSI150的連接于被檢測表（MUT）
· 一個主表線包括以下部件：
· 腰輪流量計，型號：FMR-M H3 G10 雙轉(zhuǎn)子型（0.3-16m3/h）配備了雙重高頻，通過了FMG的標定，并且可以經(jīng)NMi追朔。
· A級的4線溫度傳感器Pt100, 0.15，范圍為10 ~ 40℃。
· 壓力連接（在主表前的取壓孔）
· 篩子
· 一個主表線包括以下部件：
· 腰輪流量計，型號：FMR-M 雙轉(zhuǎn)子型 G400（16-500 m3/h）配備了雙重高頻，通過了FMG的標定，并且可以經(jīng)NMi追朔。
· A級的4線溫度傳感器Pt100, 0.15，范圍為10 ~ 40℃。
· 壓力連接（在主表前的取壓孔）
· 篩子
· 一個主表線包括以下部件：
· 渦輪流量計，型號：FMT-M G1000（250-1600 m3/h）配備了雙重高頻，通過了FMG的標定，并且可以經(jīng)NMi追朔。
· A級的4線溫度傳感器Pt100, 0.15，范圍為10 ~ 40℃。
· 壓力連接（在主表前的取壓孔）
· 篩子
· 一個手動的夾合裝制（從2”到6”對應(yīng)ANSI150和DIN PN16的法蘭）來連接腰輪流量計（法蘭從1?”到6”長度為150mm-241mm）與檢定裝置
· One set pressure (Pr, dP)tubing for Pr-points from Master Meters and Meter Under Test
· 一對壓力（壓力、差壓）的管路做為主表和被測表的取壓孔
· Two HF sensors and cablingper Master Meter
