威盛EPIA-M830集成了新的威盛Nano E系列處理器和一體化的威盛VX800數(shù)字媒體IGP芯片組，這一有力組合為下一代自助智能終端和現(xiàn)代化人機(jī)界面應(yīng)用提供了基礎(chǔ)平臺。

威盛EPIA-M830在主動和被動散熱方式下都可以使用，可以選擇使用無風(fēng)扇的1.0GHz威盛Nano E系列處理器或者是以性能為導(dǎo)向的1.3GHz威盛Nano E系列處理器。威盛VX800媒體系統(tǒng)芯片組支持2GB的DDR2系統(tǒng)內(nèi)存并提供DirectX9集成圖形、清晰的高音效和千兆網(wǎng)絡(luò)以及的MPEG-2、WMV9和VC1格式的視頻加速，加上VMR高清視頻處理器。

后面板I/O接口包括了一個VGA端口，一個RS-232接口（可選擇5v/12v），四個U2.0端口和線性輸入和輸出接口。對板載連接器提供了包括一個PCIe x4插槽、一個Mini-PCIe插槽、一個LVDS連接口（可選240位雙通道面板）的支持，兩個額外的電壓可選的RS-232插針式接口、前置音頻針腳、PS/2、LPC和SUS接口以及包括GPI和GPO選項的數(shù)字I/O接口。

The VIA EPIA-M830 coin the latt VIA Nano E-Seri procsor with the all-in-one VIA VX800 dial media IGP chipset, a potent coination that provid the ultimate platform for next generation kiosk and modern HMI applications.

The VIA EPIA-M830 is ailable in both active and pive cooling configurations with a choice of fanls 1.0GHz VIA Nano E-Seri or a performance oriented 1.3GHz VIA Nano E-Seri procsor. The VIA VX800 media system procsor supports up to 2GB of DDR2 system memory and provid DirectX9 integrated graphics, crystal clear HD audio and Gigabit networking and advanced video acceleration for MPEG-2, MPEG-4, WMV9 and VC1 video formats, plus a VMR capable HD video procsor.

Rear panel I/O includ a VGA port, an RS-232 connector (selectable to 5v/12v), four U 2.0 ports and both line-in and lie-out jacks. On board connectors provide a wealth of options including a PCIe x4 slot, a Mini-PCIe socket, an LVDS connector (optional 240bit dual channel panel support), two additional, voltage selectable RS-232 pin headers, front audio pin-headers, PS/2, LPC and SUS headers and dial I/O including GPI and GPO options.
