- 環(huán)境溫度-55℃～+155℃
- 表面耐溫300℃,耐溫800℃
- 電阻表面為涂覆緣樹脂漆,材質(zhì)均為、產(chǎn)品
- 采用立式波紋繞制，可降低寄生電感，增強散熱功能，減小體積，延長使用壽命等特點
- 該電阻為可調(diào)式.可設置兩個或多個具有良好導電性能的接線端子
- 也可根據(jù)客戶需要，設計和制作合客戶要求的產(chǎn)品

IV使用上注意事項： 1.不燃性電阻器于次通電使用時：會產(chǎn)煙情形，屬正常現(xiàn)象敬請安心使用
2.本公司不燃性涂料合美國UL-94不燃性試驗，V-0等級，燃燒繼續(xù)時間為0秒
3.耐清洗性，不燃性電阻器無法使用溶劑清洗
4.于油當中使用，不燃性電阻器無法在油當中使用
5.高頻機械使用，不燃性電阻器因線繞而產(chǎn)生電感，無法使用于高頻機械上，需另選用適當?shù)碾娮杵?，請與我們討論
6.增強(surge)電流 脈沖(pulse)：需在短時間內(nèi)印加負荷，須事先確認具有耐增強(surge)特性
7.實用負荷：為了電阻器壽命的合金線產(chǎn)生疲勞，電力的使用范圍請保持在定格電壓減輕曲線內(nèi)
8.小負荷率：為了隨著時間產(chǎn)生氧化造成接觸不良，請使用定格電力1/10以上的電力
9.不燃性電阻器的涂覆緣膜硬度雖然高于3H鉛筆硬度，但是請勿以螺絲起子等銳利的物體刻畫
10.不燃性電阻器使用于滿載額定值時，表面產(chǎn)生高溫約350℃-400℃，請勿以手觸摸，為維持電阻器能夠長期使用，請保持電阻器的表面溫度上升在200℃以下
11.為抑制其溫度升，須要相當?shù)娜萦嗔?，請勿使用剛好在滿載額定值上。長時間使用時為其顧慮、瓦特數(shù)須大于額定功率4，并請盡量使用于定格功率的25％以下
12.使用以及放置注意事項：有時繞線電阻器，會視不同的電阻使用線徑細(比毛發(fā)還細)的電阻線。環(huán)境中具有鹽害、多濕、塵埃、腐蝕性等因素時，往往容易造成線徑斷裂，請避免在此種環(huán)境下使用。安裝時請注意不要讓表面積蓄塵埃。如有塵埃沾附會造成斷線或接觸不良 |
