QSJ-3型全自動掛式氣霧劑水浴檢漏機(jī)
QSJ-3型全自動掛式氣霧劑水浴檢漏機(jī)是在消化吸收國外技術(shù)基礎(chǔ)上，結(jié)合中國氣霧劑行業(yè)的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r而開發(fā)研制的。該機(jī)用于檢測各種氣霧劑產(chǎn)品，而不受罐體材料的限制，檢測效果為每分鐘50-70罐，可對產(chǎn)品進(jìn)行100%的檢驗(yàn)。
該機(jī)主傳動裝置，采用爆電機(jī)，裝由負(fù)荷自動分離器，可整機(jī)運(yùn)行。水箱中裝由隔離型電熱管，可將水溫加熱至所需溫度，并自動控溫。
該機(jī)采用不銹鏈條，掛夾具夾緊不脫落，具有自動吹干裝置。
Model QSJ-3 hangingte automatic aerosol water bath leakage testing machine has beend cveloped by absorption of foreign advanccd technology and taking into consideration the Development conditions of aerosol industry of China. It is used dor testing all kinds of aerosols without limit of can materials. The testing efficiency is 50-70 cans per minute and the products can be 100% tested.
The explosion-proof motor equipped with automatic overload separator is used as the main driving device and thcrefore ensures safe operation of the completc machine. In the water lank is installed a flameproof electric heater which can heat the water to the temperature required and control thetemperature automatically.
