Main purpose WAW系列微機(jī)控制液壓式試驗(yàn)機(jī)能夠完成金屬材料、非金屬材料和構(gòu)件的拉伸、壓縮、彎曲、剪切等力學(xué)性能測(cè)試,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)試驗(yàn)力、位移、變形、應(yīng)力、應(yīng)變的閉環(huán)控制,可自主編輯控制模式。內(nèi)置上百種標(biāo)準(zhǔn)模式,可完全按照標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求進(jìn)行數(shù)據(jù)分析,并可對(duì)試驗(yàn)結(jié)果進(jìn)行打印和網(wǎng)絡(luò)傳輸。 WAW series microcomputer control hydraulic universal testing machine can be used for testing of mechanical properties such as tensile, compression, bending and shearing of metal and nonmetal materials, can achieve the closed loop control over testing force, displacement, deformation, stress and strain and can edit the control modes independently. With more than one hundred standard modes inside it, the machine can carry out the analysis on data fully according to the standard requirement and achieve print and internet transmission of the test results. 二、 功能特點(diǎn) II. Functional features ■ 該試驗(yàn)機(jī)采用微機(jī)控制全數(shù)字寬頻電液數(shù)字閥,驅(qū)動(dòng)精密液壓缸,對(duì)試驗(yàn)力、位移、變形進(jìn)行多種模式的自動(dòng)控制,完成對(duì)試樣的拉伸、壓縮、抗彎試驗(yàn),符合國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)及其他標(biāo)準(zhǔn)要求。 ■ This testing machine adopts micro-computer controlled fully digital broadband hydraulic Digital Valves to drive the precision hydraulic cylinder, achieve automatic control in various modes over testing force, displacement and deformation and carry out tensile, compression and bending tests on the specimen according to national standards and other standards. ■ 試驗(yàn)機(jī)主機(jī)采用液壓缸下置式,調(diào)整試驗(yàn)空間的動(dòng)力及傳動(dòng)裝置安裝在試驗(yàn)機(jī)底部,傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn);上下鉗口座為全開(kāi)式結(jié)構(gòu),自動(dòng)液壓夾緊系統(tǒng),裝夾試樣方便,穩(wěn)定性好。 ■ The main machine of the testing machine adopts underneath hydraulic cylinder. Introduction to the software 試樣信息輸入: Input of specimen information: 采用人機(jī)交互方式分析計(jì)算測(cè)試材料的機(jī)械性能指標(biāo),試驗(yàn)結(jié)束時(shí)自動(dòng)計(jì)算彈性模量、屈服強(qiáng)度、非比例伸長(zhǎng)應(yīng)力等,直觀方便,可提高分析的準(zhǔn)確性。 The human-machine interface is adopted to analyze, calculate and test the indexes on mechanical properties of the material and calculate automatically elastic modulus, yield strength and non-proportion elongation stress etc. after the test is completed.
