測試程序：檢測漆包線的柔軟度

取三根40cm長的漆包線樣品，注意處理它們時(shí)不要損傷線的表面，以免影響終的測試結(jié)果。將線樣放置在兩個(gè)相距254mm（10英寸）的夾具之間，銅線預(yù)置51.75N/平方毫米的負(fù)荷，鋁線預(yù)置27.6N/平方毫米的負(fù)荷，用來測量柔軟度的比測儀須置，再將負(fù)荷增加至預(yù)置負(fù)荷的兩倍（即銅線103.5N/平方毫米和鋁線55.2N/平方毫米），停留30秒鐘，然后卸去兩倍的負(fù)荷，在比測儀上讀取總變形值△，用以下方式計(jì)算低應(yīng)力延伸值。

TT PROCEDURE:To determine the wire softns .

Take three sampl of enamelled wire 40 cm (1.5”) in length, paying attention to handle them with care avoiding deformation which will false the final tt rult. The sample shall then be placed between two jaws at a distance of 10”, a pre-load of 51,75 N/mm2 for copper wire and 27.6 N/mm2 for aluminium. The comparator used to measure the softns must be zeroed, double the tt weight (103,5 N/mm 2 for copper and 55.2 N/mm2 for aluminium) for a time of 30”, take out then the doubled weight, read on comparator the ?allvalue,then calculate the low strs elongation value with the following formula:
