1. CWNS型系列常壓臥式燃油（氣）熱水鍋爐其主要結(jié)構(gòu)由鍋殼、爐膽、轉(zhuǎn)煙室、煙管等組成。適用天然氣、城市煤氣、輕油、重油等氣體、液體燃料。Main structure of CWNS type series atmospheric pressure horizontal type fuel oil (gas) hot water boiler is composed of shell, furnace pipe, smoke conversion chamber, smoke tube, etc. It’s suitable for gas and liquid fuels of natural gas, city gas, light oil, heavy oil, etc.
2 .鍋爐的設(shè)計、生產(chǎn)制造、監(jiān)督檢驗均嚴(yán)格按《熱水鍋爐安全監(jiān)察規(guī)程》及其相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)制造，確保鍋爐長期安全穩(wěn)定工作。Design, manufacturing, supervision and inspection of boiler is manufactured strictly comply with Hot Water Boiler Safety Supervision Procedure and relevant standards, to guarantee long-term safe and stable work of boiler.
3. 本體為鍋殼式全濕背三回程煙火管結(jié)構(gòu)，火焰在大燃燒室內(nèi)微正壓燃燒，燃燒熱負(fù)荷低，有害物質(zhì)NOx排放量少。通過多次測試驗證，使鍋爐在各種負(fù)荷下運行都能得到良好的熱工性能、合格的煙氣排放指標(biāo)，屬于低碳環(huán)保產(chǎn)品。Body is shell type full-wet back three-pass fire-tube structure, flame is micro-positive pressure combustion in large combustion chamber, combustion heat load is low and harmful substance NOx emission is low. Boiler can be good thermal property and qualified smoke emission indicator running under various loads through many tests. It’s low-carbon environment friendly product.
4 .內(nèi)膽為波紋膽（或直爐膽），火箱為非對稱偏心結(jié)構(gòu)，對流段插有擾流子，增加受熱面積。The internal pipe is ripple furnace pipe (or straight ripple furnace pipe), fire box is asymmetric eccentric structure and insert turbolator for convection section, to increase heating area.
5.前后煙箱采用特殊的保溫絕熱材料，耐高溫、導(dǎo)熱系數(shù)低、抗急冷急熱能能力好，大大延長了煙箱的使用壽命。煙箱下部設(shè)有冷凝水排放口，減少冷凝水對受壓部件的腐蝕。The front and back smoke chambers use special heat preservation and insulation material which is high temperature resistance, low coefficient of heat conductivity, good quick heating and cooling resistance, greatly prolonging service life of smoke chamber.
6 .排煙口可配置冷凝換熱器（可選配），冷凝煙氣中的水蒸汽吸收凝結(jié)潛熱，從而提高鍋爐的熱效率。Condensation heat exchanger (optional) can be equipped for smoke outlet. Water vapor in the condensation smoke absorbs latent heat of condensation, thus improving heat efficiency of boiler.
7 .鍋爐本體與大氣接通，配置膨脹水箱，常壓下運行，無不安全隱患。Boiler body connects with atmosphere, equipped with expansion water tank, running under atmospheric pressure, without potential safety hazard.
8. 采用先進(jìn)觸摸控制器，數(shù)碼檢控系統(tǒng)，具有定時控制，工作紀(jì)錄、檢漏報警功能，并可增設(shè)廠家定時鎖。Adopt advanced touch controller and digital inspection and control system, have the functions of timing control, work record, leakage inspection and alarm, and add manufacturer’s timing lock.
