成鞋剛性測(cè)試儀( Shoe Stiffness Tester )
本機(jī)臺(tái)用於測(cè)試成品鞋-法國(guó)鞋39碼、42碼，和英國(guó)鞋6號(hào)、8號(hào)的耐彎性。將夾具夾持鞋的前部(確認(rèn)鞋的前掌1/3處，位於轉(zhuǎn)軸位置)，馬達(dá)啟動(dòng)後帶動(dòng)皮帶輪，使轉(zhuǎn)軸驅(qū)動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)板以100mm/min之速度向鞋施加30N的力量進(jìn)行測(cè)試。轉(zhuǎn)軸處裝有譯碼器，感應(yīng)轉(zhuǎn)板轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)之角度，透過顯示器顯示該值
This tester is used to measure resistance bending to France shoe 39 yards, 42yards,and the British shoe .6, .8. With fixture to clamp the front of shoe ( comfirming to 1/3 of half sole of shoe, located to shaft location ), after motor launching, driving to pulley, to make shaft drive the turning board at 100mm/min to impose the strength of 30N to shoes in oder to do test. Equipping with a decoder on shaft, and inducting angle speed of turning board, showing the value through the display
