性能介紹:

本機(jī)特點(diǎn)及組成:
1、特點(diǎn)
1)、可連續(xù)無(wú)障礙工作,了試驗(yàn)的完整性;
2)、支路間相互,便于操作和維護(hù);
3)、單獨(dú)配備加壓水箱,使用純凈水通過(guò)主加壓泵往管材試樣中補(bǔ)壓,了管路中的水質(zhì),了管路件(如電磁閥、針閥、截止閥、單向閥)的使用壽命;
4)、使用自主研發(fā)的、的、脈沖占空比補(bǔ)壓技術(shù),將升壓環(huán)節(jié)和補(bǔ)壓環(huán)節(jié)合二為一,減少了一個(gè)支路及器件,也就減少了器件損壞的幾率;

2、設(shè)備的組成說(shuō)明:
本試驗(yàn)機(jī)由壓力控制系統(tǒng)、壓力源、恒溫介質(zhì)箱、夾具和計(jì)算機(jī)五部分組成。
1)、壓力控制系統(tǒng)在控制柜中由加壓管路和電器控制兩部分組成。加壓管路由蓄能器、電磁閥、單向閥、過(guò)濾器、手動(dòng)針閥、連接管路等部件組成。電器控制部分由數(shù)字控壓壓力表、溫度控制儀表、壓力傳感器、電磁閥、繼電器、過(guò)熱保護(hù)器、各種開(kāi)關(guān)等組成。
2)、壓力源用來(lái)對(duì)主壓力系統(tǒng)按試驗(yàn)條件提供總壓力。
3)、恒溫介質(zhì)箱主要由箱體、循環(huán)泵、加熱器、冷凝器和溫度控制系統(tǒng)組成。箱體由不銹鋼內(nèi)膽、噴塑外殼體(或不銹鋼)、保溫層、試樣支架和箱蓋組成。
4)、夾具為A型,的設(shè)計(jì)試夾具的拆裝更方便自如;楔型配合螺紋夾緊裝置使夾緊力更大。本系列夾具具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理、夾緊速度快、密封、拆卸方便的特點(diǎn)。
5)、計(jì)算機(jī)配備的是品牌機(jī),通過(guò)串口與控制柜相連。品牌機(jī)是聯(lián)保,各地網(wǎng)點(diǎn)均可維護(hù)。
工作原理
該機(jī)的工作原理是:
1)、設(shè)定主壓力儀表的控制壓力和范圍,使壓力源提供高于支路壓力的2~3MPa的壓力儲(chǔ)存在蓄能器中。
2)、按照試樣的環(huán)應(yīng)力要求計(jì)算試驗(yàn)壓力,并依此設(shè)定支路壓力儀表的控制壓力和范圍,運(yùn)行后儀表控制電磁閥全導(dǎo)通,使試樣的壓力上升。設(shè)定壓力時(shí)進(jìn)入補(bǔ)壓階段。
3)、補(bǔ)壓階段時(shí)電磁閥依據(jù)儀表數(shù)據(jù)斷續(xù)導(dǎo)通,使壓力源蓄能器中的壓力補(bǔ)充進(jìn)試樣中。
4)、壓力源的壓力下降到設(shè)定壓力下,柱賽泵啟動(dòng)工作到上停止。
5)、本機(jī)同時(shí)具有運(yùn)行、停止、滲漏預(yù)警、破裂識(shí)別等功能,實(shí)現(xiàn)操作人員在試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中可脫離實(shí)驗(yàn)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。當(dāng)試樣出現(xiàn)滲漏、破裂時(shí)自動(dòng)報(bào)警并自動(dòng)關(guān)閉該路,其它各路試驗(yàn)繼續(xù)正常進(jìn)行,直到試驗(yàn)完成。在同類機(jī)型中具有優(yōu)良的性能價(jià)格比,是替代的理想產(chǎn)品。
6)、該機(jī)有串口可外配計(jì)算機(jī),繪制壓力時(shí)間曲線,可實(shí)時(shí)查詢控壓值,可打印輸出報(bào)表,可代替人工職守,可當(dāng)計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)停止工作時(shí),儀表仍然可繼續(xù)工作。但計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)不直接控制電磁閥,須經(jīng)過(guò)儀表控制,試驗(yàn)時(shí)儀表不可停止工作。在做試驗(yàn)過(guò)程中,還可關(guān)閉計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī)做其它商務(wù)業(yè)務(wù),主機(jī)正常工作。當(dāng)主機(jī)與計(jì)算機(jī)連通時(shí),主機(jī)自動(dòng)將數(shù)送給計(jì)算機(jī)機(jī),對(duì)試驗(yàn)不產(chǎn)生任何影響。
6)、水箱為主箱內(nèi)加熱可加熱管的壽命,體外循環(huán)使水箱中的水溫均勻。恒溫介質(zhì)水箱分單熱式和制冷制熱式兩種規(guī)格。本機(jī)為室溫至95℃
