Operation Instruction of the Pressure Control Monitor

一、特性（Characteristic）:

   壓力顯控器( 以下簡稱儀表) 是在受壓時，借助于彈性元件的位移同時進(jìn)行壓力指示和控制的新型自控儀表，由于采用了雙重彈性元件分別進(jìn)行壓力指示和控制，因而其大幅度提高，同時具有結(jié)構(gòu)合理，控制高、穩(wěn)定可靠、抗震性優(yōu)越。觸點容量大，使用安裝方便，可以進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)整等優(yōu)點。

   The pressure control monitor (hereafter refers to as the instrument) is a new kind of automatic control instrument that carries out the pressure indication and the control simultaneously with the aid of the displacement of elastic elements under pressure. Since it adopts the dual elastic elements to carry out the pressure indication and the control respectively, its precision rises substantially. At the same time, it has many advantages such as reasonable structure, high control precision, steady reliable, superior anti-seismic performance and large contact capacity, convenient to use and install as well as adjustable on-the-spot. 

二、用途（Usage）:

   本儀表適用于對無爆炸危險的非結(jié)晶和凝固的無腐蝕性介質(zhì)壓力進(jìn)行一位或二位式控制。

   This instrument is suitable for one or two type control to the amorphous substance with no explosion hazard and the coagulate medium without corrosiveness. 

三、主要技術(shù)參數(shù)（Main technical parameter）:

1. 規(guī)格(Specifications)：單位為MPa(The unit is MPa)

          注（Note）：1 MPa = 10.2 Kgf/em2

  0-0.4; 0-0.6; 0-1; 0-1.6; 0-2.5; 0-4; 0-6; 0-10; 0-16; 0-25; 0-40; 0-60; 0-100.

2. 壓力指示（Pressure indication precision）: 1.6
 3. 壓力控制（Pressure control precision）: 0.5

 4. 壓力控制范圍，壓力指示上限值的5-70%(Pressure control scope: 5-70% of the pressure instruction upper limit )

 5. 控制方式(Control mode)：

（一）一位式控制（常閉或常開）A type control (closes or opens frequently)

（二）二位式控制（常閉或常開）Two type control (closes or opens frequently)

6. 壓力差動值(Pressure differential value)：

不大于壓力控制范圍上限值的10%(Not larger than 10% of the upper pressure control scope limit.)

7. 觸點容量380V x 2A   220V x 3A(Contact capacity: 380Vx 2A   220V x 3A)

 8. 使用頻率：≤25次/分(Frequency of use: ≤25times / minute)

9. 使用環(huán)境條件：‐40 ―+ 60℃相對溫度不大于85%(Operating ambient conditions: ‐40 ―+ 60℃.The relative temperature is not bigger than 85%.)

四、結(jié)構(gòu)原理(Structural principle):

 儀表由彈性元件，控制機(jī)構(gòu)、調(diào)整機(jī)構(gòu)、指示裝置，表殼及接線盒等組成。

 其工作原理是：在介質(zhì)壓力作用下，彈簧管末斷產(chǎn)生位移，當(dāng)壓力達(dá)到所設(shè)定的控制值時，推動微動開關(guān)產(chǎn)生瞬間開關(guān)動作，使控制系統(tǒng)中的電路得以通斷切換，達(dá)到自動控制或發(fā)出信號的目的。

   The instrument is composed of elastic element, control mechanism, adjusting mechanism, indicating device, watch case and wiring box and so on.

   Its working principle is: Under the medium pressure, the spring tube terminal produces displacement. When pressure reaches the control value set, the jogging switch is promoted to produce instant switch movement. This makes the electric circuit in control system on-and-off so that the purpose of automatic control or sending out the signal is reached.

五、使用與調(diào)整(Use and adjustment):

  1. 設(shè)定值調(diào)整(Setting value adjustment):

  （一）將儀表和精密壓力表（可用自身的壓力表）連接在壓力校驗臺上，然后按下圖接通電源：

  Connect the instrument and the precise manometer (your own manometer available) on the pressure checking table. Then connect the power source according to the following drawing:

 所用材料(Materials to be used)：1.5V電池兩節(jié)（two 1.5V batteries）3V燈泡二個（two 3V light bulbs）

   （二）升壓，將螺絲刀插入調(diào)整窗孔內(nèi)，通過旋擰調(diào)整螺釘進(jìn)行設(shè)定值調(diào)整，當(dāng)指示燈產(chǎn)生瞬間亮或滅時，其指針指示的壓力值應(yīng)正好為設(shè)定值。

  Raise the pressure and insert the screwdriver to the adjustment window hole. Adjust the setting value by turning and twisting the adjusting screw. When indicator light produces instant bright or extinguishes, the pressure value that the indicator indicated should happen to be the setting value.

  2. 現(xiàn)場調(diào)整（Adjustment on-the-spot）:

  通過設(shè)定值調(diào)整，將儀表裝機(jī)后或在使用中，若示值偏離設(shè)定值，利用儀表的指示裝置進(jìn)行現(xiàn)場調(diào)整。
