恒溫恒濕試驗箱結(jié)構(gòu)特點：
1.臺式恒溫恒濕試驗箱體采用數(shù)控機床加工成型，造型美觀大方，并采用無反作用把手，操作簡便。
2.內(nèi)箱采用不銹鋼（SUS304）鏡面板，外箱采用（SUS304）拉絲不銹鋼板或優(yōu)質(zhì)冷軋鋼板噴塑，增加了外觀質(zhì)感和潔凈度。
3.設(shè)有大型觀測視窗附照明燈保持箱內(nèi)明亮，且利用發(fā)熱體內(nèi)嵌式鋼化玻璃，清晰的觀測箱內(nèi)狀況。
4.箱體左側(cè)配直徑25mm或50mm或100mm的測試孔，可供外接測試電源線或信號線使用。
5.保溫材質(zhì)采用高密度玻璃纖維棉，厚度為80mm。門與箱體之間采用雙層耐高低溫之高張性密封條，以測試區(qū)的密封。
6.設(shè)有限溫報警系統(tǒng)，過限制溫度及自動中斷運行，試驗進(jìn)行不發(fā)生意外。
7.加濕系統(tǒng)管路與控制線路板分開，可避免因加濕管路漏水發(fā)生故障，性。
8.水路系統(tǒng)管路電路系統(tǒng)采用門式開啟，方便維護(hù)和檢修。
