一、用途及特點
Y型過濾器是通過編制網和沖壓鋼板（濾網）過濾元件，機械地（在機械力的作用下）將固體介質從流動的液體或氣體提取出來的裝置。本產品主要用于在管路中保護設備 ,如：泵，公尺,控制閥門,蒸汽存水彎和調整器（校正儀）。 盡管偶遇例外,對Y型過濾器的使用通常遵從一些規(guī)則。 先，它通常用于分離介質數(shù)量很小的情況。 尺寸型號一一對應,它的污垢存儲容量少于一個網籃過濾器。 其次，Y型過濾器的安裝通常在過濾器的清潔不是很頻繁的情況，有的過濾器用于蒸汽管路中。Y型過濾器的優(yōu)點在于其能垂直或水平安裝。一些生產廠商為了節(jié)省材料和成本采取減少過濾器尺寸的辦法。在安裝Y型過濾器之前，要它的大小能夠處理流體介質。
