該閥為雙瓣結構，閥桿不平衡力小，結構緊湊，用于供熱（空調(diào)）水系統(tǒng)中，恒定被控系統(tǒng)的壓差，并有以下特點：

三、壓差控制閥安裝調(diào)試

 1、介質(zhì)流動方向應與閥體箭頭方向一致；

2、該型閥應安裝在供水管上，閥上接導壓管，導壓管的另一端與供水管連接，建議在導壓管供水端安裝1/2//球閥，以便啟動消除堵塞功能；全銅壓差控制閥

3、在導壓管前的供水管上應安裝過濾閥，避免水質(zhì)太差造成該閥失去自動調(diào)節(jié)功能；

4、供水管和該閥前的回水管應分別裝設壓力表，便于調(diào)節(jié)控制壓差；

5、如發(fā)現(xiàn)該系統(tǒng)流量過大或過小，可能的原因是管道元件安裝時的雜物卡阻在閥塞上，可將1/2//球閥關閉3~5分鐘，這時如果是較輕堵塞，即可自動消除，如還不能消除，則要拆開閥門檢查并消除堵塞物；

6、控制壓差調(diào)節(jié)方法：逆時針方向調(diào)節(jié)調(diào)壓閥桿，觀察壓差閥后壓力表降低0.01 MPa時，控制壓差即由設定的0.02 MPa到0.03 MPa，以此類推；

7、該閥的工作壓差為0.02~0.3 MPa，如安裝后發(fā)現(xiàn)其工作壓差大于0.3 MPa時應在供水管上安裝手動調(diào)節(jié)閥，降低熱力入口裝置處的供、回水管壓差，否則，壓差閥可能只在小開度下長期工作，會產(chǎn)生噪音，還會大大降低該閥的使用壽命。
