• 概 述      

       無刷自控電機(jī)軟起動(dòng)器是將起動(dòng)電阻直接安裝在電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)產(chǎn)生的離心力作為動(dòng)力，控制起動(dòng)電阻的大小，達(dá)到減少電機(jī)起動(dòng)電流、增加起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩，使繞線式異步電動(dòng)機(jī)實(shí)現(xiàn)無刷自控運(yùn)行的裝置。它主要由機(jī)殼、起動(dòng)液、動(dòng)極板、彈簧、接線柱、安全閥、排氣閥等構(gòu)成。該起動(dòng)器具有起動(dòng)電流小，起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩大，自動(dòng)適應(yīng)電源及負(fù)載的變化，保護(hù)電機(jī)等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于冶金、機(jī)械、石油、化工、礦山、建材、造紙、橡膠、水廠、電站等所有工業(yè)領(lǐng)域的球磨機(jī)、破碎機(jī)、風(fēng)機(jī)、水泵、打漿機(jī)、空壓機(jī)、軋機(jī)、熱磨機(jī)、制氧機(jī)等電機(jī)傳動(dòng)設(shè)備中繞線式異步電動(dòng)機(jī)的起動(dòng)。它可以代替繞線電機(jī)的滑環(huán)、碳刷及其起動(dòng)裝置。

       起動(dòng)器采用無刷無環(huán)運(yùn)行，操作簡單，安裝拆卸方便，可大大減少維修費(fèi)用，并可根據(jù)機(jī)械負(fù)載的特性，自動(dòng)改變起動(dòng)電阻的大小，調(diào)節(jié)起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩和起動(dòng)電流，使電動(dòng)機(jī)處于起動(dòng)狀態(tài)。
       能在保持電機(jī)起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩不變的情況下，使起動(dòng)電流從7Ie降到1.6Ie，并能以轉(zhuǎn)矩起動(dòng)電機(jī)。它由電阻起動(dòng)裝置發(fā)展而來，具有如下創(chuàng)新點(diǎn)：
       1、徹底根除使用滑環(huán)、碳刷時(shí)所造成的各種危害。去掉傳統(tǒng)、復(fù)雜的起動(dòng)裝置，操作方便，并可減少維修費(fèi)用。
        2、節(jié)省安裝空間和二次回路電纜，減少起動(dòng)裝置的功率消耗，節(jié)約了電能。
        3、起動(dòng)控制由起動(dòng)器根據(jù)電機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)速自動(dòng)完成，徹底避免了其它起動(dòng)裝置不能根據(jù)負(fù)載的大小，自動(dòng)跟蹤電機(jī)起動(dòng)過程而造成電機(jī)或起動(dòng)器損壞等不良現(xiàn)象。
        4、電機(jī)運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)過程中，如出現(xiàn)堵轉(zhuǎn)現(xiàn)象，隨著電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速的降低，起動(dòng)器會(huì)自動(dòng)投入運(yùn)行，達(dá)到增加電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)矩，減少起動(dòng)電流的目的。
        5、克服了定子控制式電機(jī)軟起動(dòng)器的起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩與起動(dòng)電流的平方成正比這一缺陷，在降低電機(jī)起動(dòng)電流的同時(shí)，增加電機(jī)起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩，并能以轉(zhuǎn)矩起動(dòng)電機(jī)，采用無刷運(yùn)行，去掉了傳統(tǒng)、 繁瑣、多觸點(diǎn)元件組成的起動(dòng)裝置，其起動(dòng)裝置的功率損耗及電機(jī)的起動(dòng)時(shí)間比定子控制式電機(jī)軟起動(dòng)器減少10倍以上，但起動(dòng)器的綜合價(jià)格不及其它軟起動(dòng)器的1/3。
         6、起動(dòng)電阻直接安裝在電動(dòng)機(jī)的轉(zhuǎn)軸上，利用電機(jī)旋轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)產(chǎn)生離心力作為動(dòng)力，控制電阻的大小，達(dá)到減少電機(jī)起動(dòng)電流、增加起動(dòng)轉(zhuǎn)矩，實(shí)現(xiàn)無刷自控運(yùn)行的目的。
          7、采用防銹、防變質(zhì)、防凍(冰點(diǎn)心-25℃)、防沸(沸點(diǎn)為120 ℃)的四防起動(dòng)液，提高起動(dòng)器的使用壽命。
          8、設(shè)置安全排氣閥，在電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到額定轉(zhuǎn)速后，自動(dòng)打開排氣閥，保證起動(dòng)器的安全可靠運(yùn)行。

• ADVANTAGE OF PRODUCTION

       The start is easy to operate and install, which can reduce the expense of repire. it can take the motor to the best situation under adjusting the resistance 、torque and current.
       The starting current can be reduced from 7le to 1.6le under the condition of keeping the torque unchanged.it can start the motor with largest torque:
        1、It is from resistance starting equiment, which has below new characteristics:removing  the harm from ring and carbon brush.it saves repairing expense without traditional complex starting equipment.
         2、Saving the installation space and secondary loop cable,reducing the power waste of starting equipment, power wasteless.starting control is completed from starter  according to the speed of motor.
         3、It avoids the phenomena that some damage to motor and starter  from other equipment can not trace the starting process of motor by overload.
         4、During the process of running, if it appears locked-rotor, the starter will  automatically run for the reduction of motor speed to reach the goal of increasing the torque and reducing current of motor.

• 安裝及接線

        1、先拆下電動(dòng)機(jī)的護(hù)罩、滑環(huán)、碳刷、刷盒、刷盒支架及短路環(huán)裝置(有的電機(jī)無短路環(huán)裝置)等全部零件。
        2、拆卸滑環(huán)時(shí)，為防止后來接線時(shí)發(fā)生差錯(cuò)，應(yīng)將同一相的兩根導(dǎo)線捆在一起。
        3、用游標(biāo)卡尺，分別測量電機(jī)的軸徑和起動(dòng)器的孔徑、鍵寬、鍵高等尺寸是否相同，如有差異，應(yīng)及時(shí)同本公司聯(lián)系，以求解決。
        4、在軸上涂少許潤滑脂或機(jī)油，將起動(dòng)器鍵槽對準(zhǔn)軸上的鍵 位置，然后用銅棒將起動(dòng)器輕輕地敲擊到裝配位置，并用鋼絲擋圈卡住，防止起動(dòng)器軸向串動(dòng)。
        5、裝配時(shí)，切忌亂敲亂打，以免造成內(nèi)部零件損壞或漏液。起動(dòng)器裝配完成后，將轉(zhuǎn)子的出線接在起動(dòng)器接線柱對應(yīng)位置(對于有六根出線的電動(dòng)機(jī)，應(yīng)將同一相的兩根導(dǎo)線，接在同一色的兩個(gè)接線柱上)即可，具體接線如下圖所示。

• INSTALLATION AND CONNECTION

         1、Removing all parts of cover、rings、carbon brush、brush box、brush box shell and short circuit ring equipment(some motor have no short circuit ring equipment).
         2、In order to avoid the mistake when remove rings, it should to bond two conductor trace line of same phase.
         3、To measure the hole diameter、width and heightof key by vernier caliper, if there is any discrepancy, pls do not hesitate to contact us.

• 運(yùn)行與維護(hù)

         1、無刷自控電機(jī)軟起動(dòng)器內(nèi)的元件除電阻在起動(dòng)時(shí)會(huì)發(fā)熱外，其它均不會(huì)發(fā)熱，本裝置按免維護(hù)設(shè)計(jì)，請不要自行將外蓋打開，以免損壞起動(dòng)器內(nèi)的元件。       
         2、當(dāng)起動(dòng)器內(nèi)的液體低于規(guī)定液面時(shí)，應(yīng)補(bǔ)充起動(dòng)液至規(guī)定的液面。
         3、安全排氣閥是保證電機(jī)起動(dòng)過程中，不向外噴液的重要部件，它在電機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)速達(dá)到額定轉(zhuǎn)速時(shí)，會(huì)自動(dòng)打開，保證起動(dòng)器內(nèi)的壓力與大氣壓一致，因此，請用戶不要自行調(diào)整。

• OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE

         1、Beside the resistance, other component of starter will not hot when   starting, in order to avoid harming the component, pls do not open the cover, for its desing is maintenance free.
         2、When the liquid is below than the requetment, it should to complement the liquid to the stated surface.
          3、The safty exguasting valve is to gurantee the motor will not spray liquid during starting. it will open when the speed reach the rated. to keep the pressure f starter same as atmospheric pressure, so the custumer will not adjust by themselves.
