華測新型高電壓起痕試驗儀為華測公司2013年重點科研產(chǎn)品之一，新的高壓漏電試驗儀采用西門子控制系統(tǒng)更高，擯棄了現(xiàn)有的低壓切斷原原理，采用的高壓真空切斷技術(shù)，使試驗過程更加合理。采用5組高電流傳感器用以控制每組試驗的高壓切斷，使數(shù)據(jù)采集更加，同時本設(shè)備采用電力系統(tǒng)過壓過流保護(hù)裝置，使儀器更加。

高壓漏電起痕試驗機(jī)適用于對電工電子產(chǎn)品、家用電器及其材料進(jìn)行耐電痕化和蝕損的試驗，模擬在工頻（48Hz - 62Hz）下，用液體污染物和斜面試樣，通過耐電痕化和蝕損的測量評定在嚴(yán)酷環(huán)境條件下使用的電氣緣材料的耐電痕化和蝕損等級。本機(jī)是嚴(yán)格按照GB/T6553-2003 及 IEC60587-1984設(shè)計制造。

12、滴液裝置：
采用雷弗精密蠕動泵，流量范圍0.00185 ～20毫升/分鐘，工作轉(zhuǎn)速0.1～50轉(zhuǎn)/分鐘，流量誤差：＜0.5%；（根據(jù)試驗電壓自動控制）
