XNR-400A溶融指數(shù)儀適用于《GB/T3682-2000熱塑性塑料熔體
質(zhì)量流動(dòng)速率和熔體體積流動(dòng)速率的測(cè)定》標(biāo)準(zhǔn)中對(duì)規(guī)定的熱塑
性塑料熔體質(zhì)量流動(dòng)速率的測(cè)定,本標(biāo)準(zhǔn)等同采用了ISO 1133：1997
的規(guī)定。 主體為臺(tái)式結(jié)構(gòu)、設(shè)計(jì)合理性能穩(wěn)定、外形美觀、操作

XNR-400B型熔體流動(dòng)速率測(cè)定儀是根據(jù)GB/T 3682的試驗(yàn)方法，用于測(cè)定熱塑性高聚物在高溫下的流動(dòng)性，如聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚甲醛、ABS樹脂、聚碳酸酯、尼龍氟塑料等高聚物。XNR-400B型采用工業(yè)PLC可編程控制器，液晶操作平臺(tái)，溫度部分采用單獨(dú)的溫度單元，LED數(shù)碼顯示。該機(jī)自動(dòng)控溫從操作方法上分為手動(dòng)、時(shí)控、自動(dòng)三種切料方式,能夠?qū)崿F(xiàn)質(zhì)量法（MFR）和體積法（MVR）兩種試驗(yàn)方法；該機(jī)能夠測(cè)得原料在試驗(yàn)溫度下的熔融密度，系統(tǒng)同時(shí)具有溫度校準(zhǔn)功能。
